Though, even in a video consultation availed by another person, the doctor may demand joining of actual patient to observe the symptoms or to ask questions. The doctor may, at any time, refuse to entertain a video consultation session availed by a person other than a patient and in such a case, the video consultation fees shall not be refunded.
  • The doctor or the hospital shall not be responsible for any non initiation, interruption or discontinuation of video consultation session due to any technological issues.
